Across the nation, formerly incarcerated folks navigate the restoration of rights process. In some states, like Tennessee, the process has gotten much harder due to recent state laws passed. This video from the Marshall Project follows Janiqua Thomspon, in Memphis, as she goes to court to regain her right to vote, with the help of Josh Spickler, executive director at Just City.
